Halloween

Bear with me.  I'm behind due to oh so many little things.  But I wanted to be sure you got a chance to see this little butterfly (costume by Grandma Glenda).

And this little pumpkin.

We went trick-or-treating with a group of Lucy's buddies.  She had a great time and was by far the most independent of the group, insisting that I stay at the curb.  Charlie slept in the carrier until we got to a friend's house afterwards.

Here they are in their Halloween glory: Tigger, a postman, a dinosaur, Lucy the butterfly, Capt Hook (who knew quite a few pirate songs) and Tinkerbell.

The next day we joined our parish's homeschool group for an All Saint's Day Party.  Kids and parents are encouraged to dress as saints and give a short presentation that includes clues to who they are dressed as.  The audience guesses.  Lucy was Our Lady of Guadalupe and Charlie was Juan Diego (or if you asked Lucy, "One Diego" and she'd even put up a finger to show you).  I was St. Anne.
